Large-scale events and fairs
Large-scale event production in the Dominican Republic
Algo Mejor Media Group supports large-scale events and fairs in the Dominican Republic. Based in Santo Domingo, we scope production management, technical coordination and on-site logistics around the venue and programme.
Large-format events bring together build schedules, vendors and live operations. Our proposal defines who owns each workstream and how our production team works with the organiser and venue.
For the 2025 and 2026 editions of the Feria Agropecuaria Nacional at Ciudad Ganadera, our role was production management for the Patronato Nacional de Ganaderos. The case studies describe that scope and distinguish production management from event ownership.
To discuss a project, share build and event dates, venue, expected attendance, programme, appointed vendors and budget range. We use the brief to define the production, technical and logistics support required.
- Production management and coordination
- Build and breakdown scheduling
- Vendor and technical coordination
- On-site logistics and operations
